About: Focus on the Beginner, Class Consists of breathing and its benefits during yoga, common yoga poses, direction in alignment and position of the poses. Direction given through mirroring, demonstration and verbal instruction. Fitness yoga consists of more movement and shorter durations of breath.
$5.00 per class, which can be used toward a membership, but 5.00 dollars also gets you access to the gym.
